60 Not-So-Scary Halloween Movies

Halloween doesn't have to be all about horror and terror.

Halloween has a reputation for being spooky, and for some young children that can be a bit overwhelming. As a mother of four, I have spent the past few years compiling a list of the best "not-so-scary" movies to watch with kids.  I've broken it down into categories and rated them based on my personal "spooky scale." I don't like to base things on age because every child is different, so you decide which categories work best for your family. *All ratings are opinion-based and your opinion may differ.
